I highly recommend this Hostel. Excellent Location, Great Staff (always there to help you) and lots of things going on. I loved the BBQ on the toproof.

i know a lot of hostel in the world, but of the Ciudad Vieja at Montevideo is one of the best that i´ve been. The people who work at that hostel is incredible! and help all the tourist a lot. the instalations are very clean and beatifull ... and is near, so near (1 minute walking) for the center and for the nightlife too. when you´ll go to montevideo, you have to stay at ciudad vieja hostel!!!!

Ciudad Vieja Hostel is the best one in Montevideo. The staff is always there to help u, their really good people, and also really nice friends. Beds are confortable, the rooms are just what u need as a backpacker and also as an exchange student. The common areas are awesome to spend lots of time, meeting new people from all around the world, shareing experiences and starting to make new friends during your trip. It´s the best place to be in Montevideo, you all have to come, know the city, the people and enjoy a little part of this beautiful country.The hostel is situated in the middle of the nightlife and historical part of the city that is really safe and enjoyable Best wishes for Ciudad Vieja Hostel, I´will never forget it, kisses and hugs!!!

The hostel is located in a very dangerous part of the city, on the night you must to becarefull everytime you go out.

Just in the middle of everything, you can visit all the historical buildings walking, and by night you have all the nightclubs there!!! The place and the staff are also wonderfull. Thanks and Congratulations!!!
