| Avoid this hotel.
A night dear is a nightmare. Its near a disco and the music is the whole night so hard that that walls are shaking.
When you take a shower the whole bathroom and toilet stand under water. There breakfaets is pore.
There wabsite seems very nice but youare warned done take this hotel! |

| Agree entirely - a terrible place. Very noisy, bathroom overflows, no power points available inn the room. Avoid at all costs |

| Hanoi Palace Hotel is a great place to stay in. The facilities are new and the manager (Lisa Duong) and all the staff (Ken, etc.) are very helpful and gracious. Breakfast may be limited but definitely tasty and filling. The location is very ideal being very near all the good authentic Vietnamese restaurants and the shopping district. They have affordable tour packages and very pleasant tour guides (Sang and Kang).The neaby lake is a must-see as it lends its charm to the beauty of the Old Quarter. A good place to have a glass of ice cold Vietnamese coffee while letting the day pass by. |
