| Everything was perfect during our 5 night stay. The staff in particular were all wonderful: I cannot fault anyone or anything. This is the best Hotel we have ever stayed at. Well done to all the staff and management |

| Good service and friendly people! Willing to help and provide needed information to get around Hanoi. I was lucky to choose this hotel that is near the market. Surely I will be back. |
