| We had a great time here at Queen Star hotel.
Great staff and very friendly service. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Really good location!!! about 2 minutes walk to the lake... surrounded by great restaurants and bars.. and easy access to markets and war museums.
I would definately reccommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi!!!

| You are treated like family the moment you arrive. You will get as much or as little attention as you like. All you have to do is ask and you will get whatever you need, whenever you need it. The service exceeded all of my expectations.
The rooms were immaculate and very quiet. Also, the location is ideal as it sits right smack in the middle of Old Quarter Street.
Overall, it was the best stay I have ever had anywhere in the world. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

| Perfect value for money, the room size is absolutely ok but a little old stylish. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is good (not loud and overcrowded but easy to reach the attracted places by walking distance). The breakfast is more than ok. Would stay again in this hotel! |
