| Small, fully furnished studio guesthouse available for daily or weekly rent. The guesthouse is located at the back of our property. Street parking is available. The city busline is accessible 2 blocks north of the property (about a 5-10 minute walk). We are centrally located, with Reid Park and the Zoo about .75 miles to the east, downtown Tucson 1.5 miles west, and the University of Arizona 1.5 miles northwest. Restaurants and shopping are less than a mile away.
The rental is furnished with a double bed and a small kitchen area with a table and chairs, plates and flatware, refrigerator, microwave oven and hotplate. It also comes with a full bathroom; towels, soaps and other amenities are provided.
Bed linens are furnished and laundered by the owner. Laundry service for personal items is available for a small weekly fee. |
