The location is down town, it’s easy to walking to old market, pup street, and night market. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely and always were willing to share a laugh over a beer with us and still get up early the next morning to prepare a beautiful (FREE!) breakfast, internet, bicycles for us. More comfortable, more friendly.

Now I’m sitting in palm garden lodge and just need write short recommend to all of my friends that wanted came to visit Cambodia for Angkor wat. Please come to stay in Palm garden lodge. This was a very nice hotel, with good clean rooms and helpful staff. However beware of their pricing regime. We were quoted a price, then after our transport had left, the price went up by one dollar a night!., All that aside though it was a very good relaxing place to stay, with unlimited free bananas & noodle in the morning, and tea & coffee 24 hours, anyway internet is fast without charge. I really enjoy here.

My reservation was Potted palm garden, but over there is changed to restart again, so this was my wonderful chance in Siemreap by moving with friendly owner. This was an excellent place to stay on our arrival. The room was clean and spacious with a nice neat little balcony. It was very quiet, and the food was perfect. it’s easy to walk to old market, pup street. and they free of charge internet, tea & coffee 24 hours. We really loved here. and be back here again Palm Garden Lodge.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Palm Garden Lodge very much. Our room was spacious with nice sunlight and we liked the interior design pretty much.We had good chats and nice laughs with the receptionists and the people working there were really nice to us. The free tea we had, and internet service was a good throw in to what we paid for our fan room, $9 - $10. :) And we liked the beds too, it was a bit bigger than we expected! From the tuk tuk driver that picked us up till the end of the stay, Palm Garden lodge treated us really well. He’s Mr. Chour Keep up the good work and hope to see you all the next time we visit again.

my girlfriend and Me stayed hereExtremely clean and cheap. Paid $7/night for double room with fan and hot water.Nicely furnished room with new linens and television. 24 hours of free internet, decent café with friendly staff. Anyway we had massage 50% off from there, it like 5 star staff in standard, but the price only $16 per hour. We really loved there. Warm relaxing in Seimreap.

We arrived here after the Red piano had lost our booking. We arrived at the Palm Garden Lodge to be offered the last room available at a reduced rate. For the two of us the family room (3 beds) was beautiful, clean and quiet. We were very happy with the service. It’s a quick walk into town. And we went to Potted palm Garden for massage over their was very nice, all of the staffs really in Standard. Owner’s very friendly. I’ll recommend people around the world about this hotel; try to there as save your money as free internet, tea & coffee in 24 hours. Really be Back.

Our stayed at the Palm Garden Lodge. This place was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; the bathrooms were lovely and clean. Everything is kept really clean. The actual hostel was really nice, with a beautiful garden and a great bar area. The food was inexpensive and worth staying in for. The staffs are so friendly and diligent. The location of this hostel was great too. It was walking distance to the markets and lots of bars and restaurants. We got Khmer massage at Potted palm garden; they provided us 50% off. It’s nice relaxing in Siemreap. we loved this place and would definitely love to visit again.

I stayed here for five days and it was the best hostel ever. You should really book here and you are in a paradise. The good thing is that is near the city, easy walking to old market & pup street, , it’s a safe area and you have everything in the hostel. But free only 24 hours internet, Coffee & tea. The first hostel where I could sleep very well. Would highly recommended!!!

This Lodge was a very pleasant surprise. Large and clean rooms with fan or AC, clean bathroom, TV and free tea, coffee and internet. Staff was very friendly. We arranged a rented car with driver through the guesthouse and felt that the rate was fair and we received good service. It is close to the old market and pup street. It’s the place in Siemreap. Highly recommended!!!

Me & my girlfriend stayed at Palm Garden Lodge. Good points: Good location only 10 minute walk into town. Big clean room with nice bathroom, good laundry service. Good food in restaurant, but just late.it didn’t matter. All of staff are friendly, and tuk tuk to Angkor Wat, it’s good price. Anyway we got discount about massage. It’s nice time for us. Hope back again.

we had reservation with palm garden lodge, but when I crossed Khmer Thai border (Poipet). After that we got on the bus, had one khmer guy on the bus as well. And they said all of tourism on the bus, they knew good guesthouse in Siemreap and cheap as well. So I and my friends to went with him. So after I arrived in Siemreap, we stayed at Angkor Health guesthouse. So we canceled our reservation at palm garden lodge. and after we toke shower all really, We went out to pup street for dinner, when we back our luggage had someone stole with our money, Passport, Visa card....and when we told them about this to help us to contacted police, they don’t care about us. They had some beers and song. We didn’t why? In the morning we checked out from Angkor Health to palm garden lodge, palm garden lodge friendly and smile to welcome us. and we told about our bad thing to owner. And after he knew about this thing, he tried to help us everything with police. Finally we can get our passport, Visa card. But my cash is gone. However we would like to thank to Palm Garden lodge, just a little bit expensive, but safe for us, it look like 5 stars standard. they offered free internet, tea & coffee 24 hours. We’re really happy and loved. We’ll recommend all of our friends to come here.

We stayed at Garden village first, because this guesthouse had recommended from guide book lonely planet, it’s cheap and good, but when we was there everything had bad. Staffs so rough, rooms was dirty. And we had found other one on the town, so we sew Palm garden lodge light box one the road. So we moved to Palm Garden Lodge. Our room was bright, spacious and always clean- we would have expected to pay double for what we got- great value!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. If we had any problems they were able to help us out straight away, with no hassles! They organized all of our transport for us- to the temples. Anyway had free services as: Internet, bicycle, tea, coffee, breakfast. Its cheap price but they made in standard. Highly recommended!! Stay here!

We had reservation with Palm garden lodge for 3 nights with our 4 friends from Australia. Palm garden lodge provided the best information for us while we passed Khmer Thai border (Poipet). Today we just copied this information from palm garden lodge to help people around the world had plan to visit Angkor wat to escape this problems. INFROMATION: 1. Poipet, The Scam Bus & Taxi Poipet is a Wild West kind of place and has attracted a lot of unsavoury characters clinging to the coat-tail of the economic boom. Unfortunately, many of these are involved in the travel business and carry on like some sort of mafia, giving Cambodia a bad name. Once inside Cambodia, a new game begins, drive as slowly as possible to Seim Reap. The road from Poipet to Seim Reap is good enough to cover in about three to four hours in the dry season, but somehow the bus driver will make sure you get there after dark arriving at a back-street guesthouse of their choice. Any attempt to leave this guesthouse will lead to a major confrontation with the guesthouse owners, as they have already agreed to a commission with the transport company and it’s non-refundable. So the cheap bus ends up costing you time and money, deservedly earning its name the scam bus. Lately, it has got even worse, with Thai and Cambodia companies colluding to take travelers through the Prum-Daun Lem border crossing (opposite) near Pailin, a massive diversion on miserable roads. Coming Seimreap in the middle of the night, in no mood to go looking for another guesthouse. At the end, please do not believe or listen someone to force you to change money in Poipet. In Siemreap City has many ATMs….and all of them dispend USD.dollars. $ 1 = 4000 Riel (Lonely Planet book Page: 294 by Nick Ray) 2. PHNOM PENH Seller Tickets At Boat When one guy sells a boat ticket to you, they always try to ask your name, and then they say, they have staff in Siemreap who will pick you up when you arrive. This is Because they want to make more money from you when you arrive at the boat station in siemreap. If you fall this SCAM you will soon see that: It’s very unlikely that there will be a specific driver waiting for you. You’ll have probably been lied to in Phnom Penh and not one of the drivers in siemreap will work only for the guy who sold you the boat ticket. Drivers/ receptionists in Phnom Penh send your name to drivers in Siemreap When you have trip with someone (driver) in Phnom Penh, and than your trip is finished, you have plan in Siemreap. They’ll say that, they have brother or friend work as driver, so they’ll organize for you as you arrive in Siemreap to pick you up. Please don’t believe them, that only their partner, they need make money from you side by side. They’ll find great guesthouse or hotel with commissions. Because one guide in Phnom Penh sells you to them 1pax is 5-7USD.So they need big money from you. 3.SIEMREAP Bus’s Company Never accept a free ride from the bus station into town.WHY? Because usually the driver will end up taking you to their friends or family very expensive guesthouse or hotel for commissions. Airport All of those who arrive at Siemreap airport will be able to buy a ticket into town for $1 by motor or $5 by car. The drivers may try to organize a trip to Angkor Wat for you, and tell you that his family is very poor and therefore he needs your business. However, the price he will quote you will be offer 2 or 3 times the normal rate. For example: one day trip should cost $10-$12 but they may try to charge you $25-$30. They may also try to take you to places like souvenirs shop or massage in order to gain more commission off you.

We stayed this place 5 days; we couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Location is near main part of town, free internet, breakfast, tea & coffee. Tuktuk visit around Angkor only $9 and good relaxing with massage only $6. Staffs & manager had a great attitude and were clearly concerned about guest satisfaction and leaving a good impression.

My stay at Palm garden lodge was perfect with my girlfriend. The location was great in down town, restaurants and the markets. The size of the room was good, The sightseeing at the temples of Angkor was cheap with Tuk Tuk driver can speak good English. Siem Reap is a fantastic place I loved it!!! I would tell anyone I knew going to stay palm garden lodge.
