| One of the Czech Republic's finest beers, this lager is embued with many of the qualities with which the experienced drinker of Czech beer will be familiar. It is neither too gaseous nor too flat. Its flavour is that of a full bodied Pilsner and redolent of many of those better, and more expensive, Czech lagers. If you like Czech beer and want to get wasted, or if indeed, and more likely, you already are, then this is the drink for you. |

| Fantastic beer if you like full bodied. That is to say, Bernard beer has easily got the most flavour of all the Czech beers I've tasted! Shame it's sooo rare, although I've found it on the web recently at pivovar.co.uk |

| Very good beer. Not the very best I ever bought but certenly one of the better. Nice to find good beers without lots of alcohol. Still my favorite is La CHouffe blond. |

| Was ion York and tried this lager, there is two versions, one a typical lager colour the other was black, most unusual but selling well. |

| i just got back from the praha and of all the cech beers bernard was the best. though a bottle of every oter beer was about 1 buck US. a bottle af bernard was about 3 bucks US. truthfully germany has the beer. if your ever in ulm or nuremberg go stop at barfusser the best beer ever hands down
