| Beautiful tasting beer. My favourite bar none down under, and I tried a few before settling on this one as my preferred choice. |

| Cascade is pure magic. Forget some of the banal manufactured fizz like VB or Foster's or (heaven forbid) XXXX, and go for the Tassie stuff. Crisp, clear, with a hint of hops that a lot of Aussie beers just don't give. Magic.

| I have the good fortune to work for a global company which allows me travel the world (also pays well enough to let me travel a lot on my own!). During my travels, I ALWAYS sample the local brew for whatever city or area I am in, my way of supporting the local economy. I have tasted my way through Europe, South America, some parts of Asia, and - of course being from the US - North America. I have had some excellent micro brews in Canada and the US Pacific Northwest, but NOTHING tops Cascade in Tasmania and Australia. Hoppy, but not bitterly, over-powering so (like so many US microbrewerys), smooth but not not leaving an almost film in the mouth (like some European beers and South American beers), full flavored with a fruity topnote, but not over-done (like Asian beers). This one is a winner!!!!! I even like the 'lite' version! My only complaint - when will it be imported to the US? |

| I have sampled many beers in many countries and I reckon Cascade Premium is by far the finest. |
