The Chimay is one of the 5 trappist beers made by monks in Belgium. Comes with 3 different strenghts Blue, White and red, from 6 to 9 degrees

All three are excellent: Premiere, Grande Reserve and Cinq Cents. The Magnum Grande Reserve is quite excellent.
