Honeydew - Beer, Ale - Reviews & Comments

A fantastic alternative to a lager top during the hot summer months!

Fuller's Honeydew is one of the summer brews from this esteemed Chiswick-based brewery and it's a belter. A mid-weight, dark amber coloured ale, it's smooth on the palate with a balanced flavour which is uplifted by a distinctive tang of honey. Not to everyone's tastes, maybe, but I think this not-at-all cloying sweetness makes for a delicious drink, where the honey is more detectable and add more to the mix than Waggle Dance, the equivalent from Fuller's great rival Young's.
