| Slovenians would have you believe there is an ongoing debate about whether Ljubljana's Union or Lasko's, er, Lasko is the best beer in Slovenia. It in fact has more to do with supporting the local team rather than the actual quality of the brew. Lasko is far superior - being smoother, tastier and, er, nothing like the piss-like Union. A very good lager in its light form - for a real treat, however, try the dark (Temno) Lasko which is silky (6%) heaven in a bottle... Big D. |

| I tried many many beers in my life and i came to one conclusion , LASKO BEER is my favorite !
The other beers are good too but lasko FLOW down to my guts :)))

| What can I say you can get drunk on it and you don't get a hangover no headache, no bad guts.
Laško is the best beer I have ever drunk and the temno is great in the afternoon for a snack. |

| Definely my favourite beer encountered whilest in Croatia. Lovely flavour. Brought 4 litres of it home with me. and 4 for me girfs da! Not quite up there with Delerium Tremens or Duvel though, but a different style of beer. Yummy. |

| By far the best import beer on the market today for beer lovers who cant afford the expensive delierum and trappistes beers. the lasko club can only bbe described by my friend who tried one then my six pack who said "Its like Jesus pissed in my mouth" and by his explanation afterwards it was a holy experience. I now keep the lasko that I find locked up in my gun safe.... |

| I am from Germany and beleive me, I know how good beer tastes. I go back to Slovenia just to drink Lasko pivo every single year. The best beer there is, Union, thought does taste like pee. |

| I have been to slovenia. I have tried both Union and Lasko. Lasko is the better beer. Very smooth. I buy it locally here in Canada, most of my friends agree that it is a very good beer.
I just wish that we could get it in cans here. |

| LASKO ZLATEROG, SLOVENIA: We were fortunate to visit the Lasko Pivovarna in 2004 when were shown around the brewery by the Head Scientist, Regina Godec; having visited many breweries in our time, this was the most impressive, not least because during our lenghty stay in Slovenia, we had come to relish the taste of a cold Zlaterog after long days out. It is truly a fine beer, and if I hear of friends visiting Slovenia now,I always ask them to bring me back a 4-pack of Zlaterog. Such a pity we cannot but it in UK |

| In Italy in Trieste... on the border of Slovenia.I was sold a Lasko beer, as the restuarant which had run out of Peroni & Morretti. This Lasko Beer was fantastic, truly wonderful... It awoke me to how good beers can taste . A wonderful find. Just need to find where I can buy it in britain now. ITS GOOD! |

| Lasko is dreadful stuff. So is Union. Poor quality control, they use rice in their beer. Tastes like american Bud to me. |

| Lasko Zlatorog is by far one of my favorite beers on the planet! Question: Can I buy it anywhere in the US or can I order it from anywhere? |
