Little Creatures - Beaut of a Pale Ale
RATING > 10 - by Marty | Type : Ale | Country : Australia | Date > 2004-10-27
Little Creatures is the product of the Western Australia and it the loveliest pale available here. its a bits on the pricey side but its flavour can't be beat. Lovely light and hoppy flavour you'd expect from a pale. Usually about $3 a single, $19 for a six pack and about $6 at the pub. One of my favorite premiums out there.

Little Creatures Pale Ale is by far the best tasting beer I have ever experienced. If you're ever in Western Australia, be sure to have 1...or 10. Besides the great taste, it's got a much higher alcohol content, which never hurt anyone.

Visited Australia for three months earlier this year, tasting many beers during this time. Best by far was Little Creatures pale ale and visited the brewery in Freemantle on every occassion possible, rarely missed the sunday afternoon chillout session Also came across it on tap in the Australian Hotel pub in Sydney, a highlight of my stay in the best city in the world. Struggling to find it in the UK, any advise would be much appreciated. No substitute comes close, the taste is unique

Absolutely agree with other reviewer's comments. Visited Australia recently and was introduced to Little Creatures by a friend living in Neutral Bay. Fantastic beer - just wish I could find it in the UK.

Great smooth drop beats most fizzy low acohol ausiie beers hands down. And how chilled out is Freo.... For the person who wants to buy it in the uk go to www.surf4beer.com and click on Aussie beers then you can sit in your garden dreaming your sat out the back of the brewery sliding a few down!!!!

Yet another 10. Most often a pils drinker, if I had to name only one beer that would be available to me on a desert isle, Creatures Pale would be it. Exquisite, as you all know. Must drink it more often, in consideration of comrades abroad who have trouble acquiring it!

Fully agree with everthing that has been said above. I have been told that it is available in Waitrose and soon Sainsburys. The creatures themselves say that it is on sale in Oddbins and I guess they would know. I am off to get a slab tonight!

Haven't been to Australia but have done a google on this delightful beer. Had two bottles in Cafe 2 at the Tate Modern in London and I am now on a quest to find it in UK retailers!
