While i was in the South of France, some people where even adding some Strawberry Liquor. Interesting!

We had Pelforth with Strawberry in Paris at a Brasserie across the street east of Marco Polo Park. They taste awesome. They called it a Tongo. I never had a Pelforth without the strawberry so I don't know how one tastes by itself. We loved them so much that we drank them the rest of the time that we were there. And some wine too of course.

Was in Paris two weeks ago and I found Pelforth my beer of choice. Wanted to taste some good European brews and this one is a good brew. Pelforth was very smooth and had no after taste like most dark beers. Most excellent 'Brune Biere'...

Pelforth Brune is one of the best dark beers anywhere. I wish I could get it here in Charleston.
