| Really nice ale thats hard to stop drinking, only 4.5 so not too strong... A good ale for those that like milder tastes and more flavour. A social beer. |

| Fine. Nothing special. More remembered for the poor taste anti-German advertising campaign. |

| Perfectly serviceable bitter from Shepherd Neame, a Kentish brewery that claims to be Britain's oldest operating brewer (since 1698 or something?). Originally brewed in 1991 for the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, hence the name. Pleasant, if uninspiring and notable primarily , as noted above, for the jingoistic ads. You can do a lot worse, but there are plenty of better British beers out there. |

| Excellent social beer. Good balanced taste and actually quite refreshing.
That said there are better ales out there but when you see this you know what you're going to get which is a good thing. |
