Great Beer, bringing friends to lift the economy. Sending cases home this time. I ejoyed the body of the beer, I drank it ALL DAY LONG and felt like a million bucks the next day when I popped the top of another. I am looking forward to getting out of the SNOW and laying on the beautiful beaches and visiting with an old friend (Carib Beer) in February 2006. Thank you for your beer, the Caribbean and Carib beer is better than the best wine and a great meal. Perfect!!!!!

Very nice lager, although the price has gone up since last year so it's now a bit more expensive than Quilmes. Worth the extra 20-30 cents, not sure really as Quilmes is nice also.

Hummmmm, Balashi... If you're in Aruba you already enjoy the finest beaches, diving and dining. Just open-up a cold Balashi and start enjoying the finest beer brewed in paradise. It's apparently brewed with Aruba's desalinized water and it tastes like many European Pilsners. Not a strong body but just what it takes to sit and relax in the sun. Usually available in miniature sized cans so you really need two to get a real one (maybe the locals know where to get a regular-sized bottle?). Amazingly available within a short distance everywhere on the beach so you don't have to sweat too much.

Taste wise, fourex is a crisp lager that has a delicate aroma and sweet fruity taste. The blend of hops produce a distinct bitter flavour with a light texture. Not surprisingly, it is perfect for BBQ meats on a warm afternoon, such as beef and pork. The

Australia’s favourite full strength beer, Victoria Bitter or VB as it’s fondly known, has a tradition of rewarding hard work and hard play, dating back to the 1890s. Over the last 10 years, it’s been a consistent winner in the esteemed Australian Liquor Industry Awards. VB is a full flavoured brew, less malty in character and slightly darker than CUB’s traditional lagers. A gentle fruitiness in the aroma complements the sweet malt on the mid-palate balancing perfectly with a robust, hop bitterness.

Little Creatures is the product of the Western Australia and it the loveliest pale available here. its a bits on the pricey side but its flavour can't be beat. Lovely light and hoppy flavour you'd expect from a pale. Usually about $3 a single, $19 for a six pack and about $6 at the pub. One of my favorite premiums out there.

I tried all the 10 rated beers listed on this website from Australia and to me Pure Blonde (not listed) was the best although James Squire very close 2nd despite it being a tap beer. The best part of this beer is that all ingredients are natural...and it has a LOW-CARBOHYDRATE content that means no matter how much you consume as it has a relatively low calorie content you shouldn't add any inches to your precious waistline....HOORAHH at last a beer that won't produce a spare tyre!!! Drink up folks 5%alc/vol too.

don't get me wrong, i like v.b as much as the next bloke but sometimes it's just a little to sweet (actually i'd go as far as saying that it is even a bit fruity) so if you havn't had a melbourne before go and try one and you may like it even more than v.b.......only thing is you will have a hell of a time finding it on tap

A brilliant beer , a very , very crisp - full flavoured drop . Not very refreshing , which if you are getting blind is probably a good thing. It is reasonably priced for a premium beer , in my humble opinion probably the best australian beer

This stunning Polish Lager with an awesome hop aroma and a smooth Lager taste is possibly the best lager I have ever had. It just goes to show that those deep drinking Eastern Europeans can make a beer as good and better than any available in Western Europe. If those Polish babes are anywhere as good looking as their Brock beer is tasting then I'd like to go over there nab one and bring her back. Hope she can cook! And be good in bed too. Any takers.

Wow! Where has this been? This is the most amazing beer. I visited the Brewery thinking...ok here we go...but they blew my mind & it is still there. The Sunrise wheat beer is great & the Dark Ale is a screamer in the flavour depoartment but the Nirvana Pale Ale is to die for. Sell the kids, mortgage the home...I don't care what you have to do just taste this craft beer. Nirvana Pale Ale Nirvana Pale Ale is a hybrid of an American Pale Ale combined with the classic English Pale Ale style to produce a New World Pale Ale. A brilliant golden colour, our pale ale has a fresh citrusy/spicey aroma and flavour, balanced with biscuity/toffee flavours from the malt and finishes full bodied with a complex character and bitterness of selected caramalts are used as well as generous quantities of New Zealand grown Cascade and Hallertau hops. The Brewer also showed me an experimental Imperial Indian Pale Ale?

A beer with balanced malt characters, finishing with slight bitterness on the palate. This full strength beer is made from quality ingredients. It has moderate flavours. The beer presents as a refreshing beverage with a crisp clean character.

RATING > 9 - by Nick Warming | Date > 2006-05-16
The finest ingredients and traditional “lagering” have combined to craft a premium lager. This beer is very smooth on the palate and finishes clean whilst displaying very fine beer qualities. Late kettle hopping using a European variety provides a hint of the Pilsner style. This lager is double filtered to provide the clarity and stability expected of a premium beer.

Foul. I spent a month in Graz, home to the Puntigam brewery. My advice is - Austrians, leave the brewing to the Czechs. This is just insipid mass-produced fizz for the unwashed masses. Any decent bar in Graz will furnish you with something much more agreeable. Or if you're buying to take home get yerself to somewhere like Merkur next to the railway station; they stock loads of bottled beers starting at 35 cents a go. Cheers!

Beer prices are out of sight on Grand Bahama. But locals drink this wonderful micro-brew at normal prices, $25. a case. You have to find the brewery in the bonded area around the corner from Dolly Madison to make your purchase. If you show up around closing time they are sure to offer you a cold one out of the vat. Lucayan Brewery makes a lager and and ale. I prefer the Hammerhead ale.

I strongly recommend that beer when you get to Brussels. The taste is quite interesting. It is often served as an happy hour drink in Brussels. It is the traditional beer for carbonade (Brussels typical dish). Try it if you are looking for a new taste!

Kriek has a pink-red color and a delicious taste of sparkling cherry champagne. You could drink it all night! For the Info, a Lambic is a beer with an old tradition: accounts dating from 1559 mention the production of Lambic "according to an old recipe". It is a 30% wheat, 70% malt spontaneous fermented beer seasoned with hops.

Some people think it's kinda sweet beer but I think it's just perfect flavoured. This is that kind of beer you never drink from pressure and let you enjoy the living in a real beerworld.

RATING > 10 - by Darragh Ward | Date > 2005-09-08
This beer offers an excellent alternative to a fine wine or Champagne and will complement light cheeses or fish dishes. Is best served ultra cold in a chilled glass. It is brimming with cherries and strawberrie flavours. Moreover it is delicate and subtle on the palate with complex overtones and like a good wine true to form has a long finish that makes you come back for more.

The type of this exceptional beer cannot be rated by Ale, lager of whatever. This, my friends, is a real Belgian Trappist, one of the six beers made by monks, in this case from the Abbey of Westmalle, near Antwerp. Its colour is amber, the taste is divine, especially if served in its own Trappist glass. By the way, one is enough, believe me... This beer has to be tasted, like a good wine.

Although not as good as the Paceña the Potosina beer is very drinkable. Considering that there isn´t much importing of foreign beers in Bolivia you take what you can get. Just be careful to check the bottling date on the bottle. The potosina brewery seems very inconsistent in the quanitiy and quality of beer in each bottle. Sometimes it tastes good, other times it tastes gross. Also only drink Potosina in bottles, stay away from the cans!!!

Cerpinha is brewed in Belem which is in the state of Para - you can really only buy it there. There are a couple of shops in Rio that sell it. It has a great taste - more like a Heineken - and it is always served out of the freezer. Either get it in small bottles (cerpinha) or big bottles (cerpa) Enjoy it!

I received my ITAIPAVA from a very dear friend in SAO PAULO- BRAZIL by mail. I chilled it (TRINCANDO) as they like to call it which means near froze.. Anyhow what an incredible beer. A very full flavored tasting beer, I only wish I had more. This beer is a PILSNER beer and was actually started in the early 1800's. There is a web site but I myself do not speak that language but I can testify that this beer is very pleasing to the tongue.

Antarctica Negra, a darker version of the much loved Brazilian beer has a smooth and even sweet taste. Although I'm personally not a fan of most sweet drinks, this was the perfect answer to a hot day and a pallete for a little brew. To this day, it is still my favorite beer, right up there with Guinness from Dublin and Shiner Boch from Texas. I only wish they exported...

Southern Brazil made beer. The producers decided it not export outside the southern region. To drink it you must come around.

It's by far the worse beer I've ever drank. Tastes bad, excessively bitter, horrible after-taste -- not to mention the f*cking headache I experienced after having just one (and only one!) can. Run for your lifes if you can! (:

The beer Nó de Pinho - made by the legendary brewer-master Herr Rupprecht Loeffler. Rarest in the world. Produced in Brazil under the old Law of Pureness of Germany.

You can not visit another country and only drink imported beer. That Is Rude !!!.. The local beer in Bulgarias best coastal city is ok for local. I drank it cause of the price, nothing else... In 2003 you could still get one for 80 cents US in some bars. Cheers...
